With the Jerk Cottage Cheese (Paneer) dish, you can bring the flavors of Jamaica in your own home!
Jerk is a style of cooking native to Jamaica. A very hot spicy mixture called Jamaican jerk spice is used for marinating. This is a spicy seasoning which can be used to grill meat, tofu, paneer and vegetables. I have made sweet and tangy peppers to compliment the grilled Paneer. My family loves this dish.
