Ghugni Bonda Chaat also called as Aloo Bonda Matar ki Chaat is a favourite snack of Odisha and Bengal. This dish is made by combining two very popular snack items loved by the people there. Ghugni is a curry made from dry yellow matar (peas). Bonda is a fried snack made with potatoes and besan (gram flour), also known as Aloo Chop or Batata Vada.
Both Ghugani and Aloo Bonda are relished for breakfast, evening snack or even during dinner. This Ghugni Bonda Chaat or Aloo Bonda Matar ki Chaat is a filling chaat dish. Bursting with flavors, this yummy chaat is one of my favourite!
