Falafel with Pita pockets is a Middle-Eastern classic. The soft pita bread stuffed with crunchy falafel and topped with tzatziki dip makes for an incredible sandwich. This Lebanese Falafel Stuffed in Pita Bread is a healthy and hearty choice for a filling snack. If you get bored of packing that same old sandwich for lunch, this falafel sandwich is a great option.
I absolutely love how different textures synchronise together. The soft bread stuffed with crunchy falafel and fresh salad, topped with generous drizzle of tzatziki dip, this sandwich is just spectacular! While the Falafel itself is a favourite middle eastern snack, the Falafel Pita Pocket Sandwich has got to be one of the best inventions.
