Loaded Nachos is made with homemade corn chips. Topped with beans, salsa, and cheese sauce this dish is a great starter. These layered Top Nachos are loved by all in my family and friends.
I like to make Nacho chips at home. I usually make them in large quantity and keep.

Ingredients for Loaded Nachos
Nacho chips recipe here
½ cup refried beans recipe here
½ cup cheese sauce recipe here/ ½ cup grated cheese
1/3 cup salsa dip recipe here (optional)
2 tablespoon yogurt dip recipe here (optional)
For Salsa
1 onion diced
2 tablespoon capsicum or jalapeno diced
1 tomato diced
2 tablespoon spring onions
1 tablespoon coriander chopped
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Few drops of tabasco (optional)
Direction for Loaded Nachos
- On a serving plate arrange a layer of nacho chips.
- Spread refried beans and salsa on the chips.
- Drizzle with cheese sauce.
- Make the second layer similarly.
- Top with yogurt dip and salsa dip.
- Serve immediately.
Note: If you are using grated cheese then bake the nachos for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese melts.
