Ingredients for the Banana Cinnamon Toasties
2 slices of brown/ white bread
1 ripe banana
2 teaspoon butter
A pinch of cinnamon powder
Pepper salt
Directions for the toasties
- Slice the banana.
- Spread butter on both the slices.
- Arrange a layer of banana slices on the buttered side, sprinkle salt, cinnamon and pepper.
- Now close the sandwich with the second slice.
- Apply butter and toast the sandwich on a hot pan.
- Toast both the sides of the sandwich to a nice golden brown colour.
- Cut diagonally.
- Serve.
