A light sprinkle of cardamom powder takes this sandwich a notch higher as mangoes and cardamom pair well. This is a refreshing and delicious breakfast or snack recipe during summer. I added cream (malai) to my normal plain bread recipe and it turned out really soft and tender.
Since this is summertime and markets are flooded with a variety of mangoes, I came up with this innovative recipe. I am always hungry for mangoes and try to use them as much as possible in my diet. Mango Malai Sandwich comes in handy when you are a little hungry just for a quick snack but craving for mangoes at the same time.
