Ingredients for Guacamole On Toast
4 slices baguette
4 tablespoon creamy guacamole (recipe here)
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
Tobasco sauce to taste
Salt to taste
Feta cheese (can be replaced with soft paneer / cottage cheese)
Directions for Avocado Toast
- Add red cabbage in a bowl. Season with salt and tabasco sauce.
- Toast the baguette in a owen or toaster till golden and crisp.
- Now spread a tablespoon of guacamole on the baguette slice. Arrange a layer of cabbage and sprinkle it with some crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve.
