Kadai Patta Gobhi (Cabbage) is an easy and quick vegetable recipe prepared by stir frying cabbage with tomatoes. The use of panch phoran (a mix of 5 seeds) gives a punch to this dish. The cabbage is cut in cubes instead of fine juliennes. Eat it steaming hot to enjoy the crunch of the cabbage.
This stir fried cabbage sabzi goes very well with chapatis and even makes for a good side dish with a dal and rice. The patta gobi sabzi along with roti also makes for a healthy tiffin box lunch.
