Minty Kiwi Popsicle is the best way to beat the heat of the approaching summer. The weather is getting warmer day by day. My preparation for this coming summer has started in full swing. Full of vitamin C this Popsicle is refreshing as well as healthy.

Ingredients for Minty Kiwi Popsicle
2 Kiwis
2 tablespoon lemon juice
10 mint leaves
3 to 4 tablespoon sugar
300 ml water
Directions for Minty Kiwi Popsicle
- Peel and slice the kiwis. Keep 5 slices aside.
- Now blend the kiwi and sugar together.
- Transfer to a jar; add lemon juice, crushed mint and water.
- Now place a slice in the Popsicle mold and fill with the juice.
- Set in the deep freezer till half set.
- Now gently insert the ice cream stick and let it set till firm.
- To remove the Popsicle, run under luke warm water.
