Pakori Ka Raita (Gram Flour Fritters Dipped In Yogurt) is a delicious yogurt dish. The soft pakori’s make this raita yummy. I have tempered this Pakora Raita with cumin to give it a smoky flavor to this side dish.
Pair this raita with our Bhindi Do Pyaza (Okra with Onions), Pyaz Karela Masala (Bitter Guard) or Vegetable Kadai
