Pull-Apart Pav, Pav Bun

Pull-Apart Pav Bun

In the evenings I’m always looking for a quick snack. Sometimes I get a little moody and come up with so many self-imposed restrictions. Nothing fried. Something that isn’t too heavy. Something exciting. As I was exploring for options, my eyes landed on some Pav Buns that had been resting on my kitchen slab. I was in no mood for making Pav Bhaji as I wanted something quick, so I improvised and dished out this Pull-Apart Pav Bun recipe.

I didn’t want to spend time making Pav Bhaji but I still wanted to eat that masaledar flavour. I quickly chopped up an onion, a tomato, half a capsicum, a little bit of garlic and some coriander. I mixed these veggies up and added some Pav Bhaji Masala and grated cheese. This mixture was then stuffed between the slits of the bun. If you don’t have the masala at home don’t worry you can practically add any seasoning spices available! Top it with some extra cheese and bake in your oven. Your snack is ready!
