Ingredients for Mousambi Mojito
500 ml fresh mosambi juice (sweet lemon)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 to 2 teaspoon honey
A handful of mint leaves
Directions for Mosambi Mojito
- Make fresh juice of the mosambi (sweet lemon).
- Add lemon juice and honey. Stir.
- Adjust the sweetness and lemon flavour according to the taste.
- Now add ice cubes in two glasses.
- Crush the mint by hand and add.
- Pour the juice in the glass and garnish with a spring of mint leaves.
- Serve.
