Ingredients for Creamy Avocado Dip
2 avocados
1/2 cup chopped coriander
4 pods garlic
1 green chopped green chilli
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons yoghurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions for Creamy Avocado Dip
- Using a spoon, scoop the pulp of the avocados into a food processor or blender.
- Add the cilantro, garlic, green chilli/ jalapeño, lemon juice, yoghurt, and salt.
- Blend and process as necessary until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Now add the olive oil and blend again, to give a smooth texture.
- Transfer the avocado sauce to a small serving bowl. This sauce keeps well in the refrigerator, covered, for about 4 days.
