Cheesy Rava Cutlets (Cheesy Semolina Cutlets) are delicious tea time snack. These cutlets are quite easy to prepare and can be made quickly. Semolina cutlets are as it is tasty and to make it even more interesting I have stuffed them with cheese. Cheesy Rava Cutlets (Cheesy Semolina Cutlets) are truly cheese lover’s delight. The oozing cheese will want you to have more and more of these cutlets.
Today I have fried them as I was making for a party at home but you can Air fry them for a healthier version. I prefer air frying them as they are equally tasty and I can enjoy without being guilty. I am sure you will love them.

Ingredients For Cheesy Rava Cutlets
2 potato boiled and mashed
½ cup suji (semolina)
3 tablespoon parsley /coriander chopped
1/3 cup onion chopped fine
1 teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
1 teaspoon oregano /mixed herb
Salt to taste
Lemon juice (optional)
1 cup water
2 teaspoon oil
½ cup cheese grated for stuffing
Directions For Cheesy Semolina Cutlets
- Pour water in a pan; add oil, suji and cook to make a lump. Cool this.
- Add rest of the ingredients except cheese to the suji and mix well to form dough.
- Apply oil on both your hands and divide the batter into equal parts and roll into balls.
- Now flatten each ball, stuff a portion of cheese and close the balls. Press gently to form patties.
- Air fry them in a preheated fryer on full heat or deep fry in medium hot oil to golden colour.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or mayo.
