Ingredients for Cheesy Vegetable And Bread Discs
8 bread slices
2 tablespoon boiled corn niblets
2 tablespoon green capsicum chopped
2 tablespoon red capsicum chopped
2 tablespoon onions chopped
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup/pizza sauce
2+2 tablespoon cheese grated
Pinch of salt and pepper
Butter Spread
1 tablespoon butter (room temperature)
2 tablespoon cream cheese (room temperature)
½ teaspoon red chilli sauce/tomato sauce
¼ teaspoon mixed herbs (optional)
Directions for Cheesy Vegetable And Bread Discs
- Mix all the ingredients for the butter and keep aside.
- In a bowl mix all the vegetables, sauce, 2 tablespoon cheese, salt and pepper.
- Now cut all the bread slices with a round cutter.
- Set aside 4 rounds and cut the center of the 4 rounds with a smaller round cutter to make a ring.
- Apply butter mix on all the 4 disks, place the ring and fill the center with the vegetable mix.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven or air fry them till golden and crisp.
- Serve
