Mango Salsa is super easy and simple salad dish. It can be made in just about 10 minutes, it is this quick. A colorful treat for your eyes with all the fresh flavors that will tingle your taste buds. You only need a few ingredients, and with just a few minutes of preparation work, chopping everything up and tossing it together, this fresh salsa is ready to go.
To get the best of flavors use firm ripe mango that is both sweet and sour. While chopping take care not to make mango mushy. I like to mix and rest the salad for 20 minutes before serving, but you can serve it right away.
This yummy Mango Salsa can be served as a dip, along with nachos/ chips or as a salad. As far as fruity salsa go, it’s easily my favorite. And whenever I serve it to family members and guest, it always disappears quickly.
