Potato Sagu (Potato Curry) is a simple yet delicious curry that can be made very quickly. This south Indian style preparation goes well with Rava Idly or Rava Dosa. It is also relished with poori in Karnataka. The preparation of Aloo Saagu is very different from potato curry made in the North India.
Potato Sagu can be served as an accompaniment with chapatis or dosa or poori. Potato or aloo sagu is very easy to prepare as there is no grinding process involved in this recipe. They are also known as Bombay Saagu and I have absolutely no clue why it is called so .
