Ingredients for Seb Badam Halwa
3 tablespoon almond powder
3 large apples grated
3 tablespoon khoya grated/ ½ cup milk powder
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 tablespoon almond chopped
2 tablespoon ghee
Directions for Seb Badam Halwa
- Heat ghee in a pan; add almond powder and saute on low heat till pink.
- Add apple and saute on high heat till moisture is evaporated.
- Now add khoya and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add sugar and cook till the halwa thickens to desired consistency.
- Switch off the heat; add cardamom and mix.
- Garnish with almonds and serve hot.
