Fried Garlic and Pepper Cheese Pasta is a delicious dish that can be made with minimal ingredients. This quick fix recipe is a good change to the more common vegetable pasta. The fried garlic flavours this pasta beautifully and the pepper adds the much required spice. Try this cheesy and garlicky pasta for a lazy evening with friends and family.
This is for garlic lovers, as tiny pieces of garlic are pan fried, crushed and served over pasta. Don’t be scared off by the amount of garlic used, it caramelizes and sweetens as it is pan fried. When you sauté the garlic, make sure you get a good whiff, it’s one of the greatest aromas in cooking and one you will never forget. It has become a favorite in my family.
