Palak Paneer Bhurji (Spinach And Cottage Cheese) is similar to palak paneer but with a twist. This dish is made with crumbled paneer instead of paneer cubes and palak paste.
The smooth spinach puree and crumbled cottage cheese blends well together and gives this dish a nice texture. It is a pleasant change from the regular Palak Paneer we are used to.
Easy to make, this dish is delicious and can be paired with roti, naan, kulcha or any kind of bread. My children love this dish with rice also.
